Concrete spalling can occur for several reasons. The most common reason is due to our salty environment here in the Florida Keys. Untreated, spalled concrete can result in a variety of undesirable outcomes including affecting the structural integrity of your home.

One of our specialties is concrete spalling repair. If the spalling is severe, we can perform a complete replacement. In this case, we use Galvashield XP2 Anodes to reduce additional corrosion. We can also perform smaller repairs and patches as needed.
